U Commons/12th Precinct

In North West Detroit, University Commons and the 12th Precinct Neighborhoods are a coalition of friendly communities with diverse residents. Near the University of Detroit Mercy, Marygrove College and a variety of strong neighborhood institutions, the area features cultural, educational and community events, citizen paid patrols and a growing business district.
